A Quirky Minimal

X4 : No.3 is the third house in a collection of four long-term rental homes, each with its own character and design concept. A Quirky Minimal takes its cue from a reserved personality with an unexpected bold streak beneath the surface.

Clean white spaces and restrained forms establish a calm backdrop. Touches of red, blue, pink and other vivid hues appear in selected furniture, lighting, cabinetry and architectural details, revealing playful moments as one moves through the home. Colour arrives in measured accents, giving the minimal setting a quietly expressive character.
